Rachel ran Sprint, Middle and Long in the Junior World Champs 2022 and again in 2023. In 2023 she was 16th in the sprint, 26th in th middle and 57th in the long.

She made her senior debut at 2023 World Cup Round 2 in Czechia, running sprint, middle and long, and running the last leg for the counting GB Sprint Relay team.

At the 2023 JK in W20E Rachel won the Sprint, Middle and Long races. As a first year senior in 2024 she was second in the British Nights, 30 seconds behind the winner Fiona Bunn. She is now established in the top-10 of the National Rankings.

As a W14 in 2017 she won her first British title: the British Long Race at High Dam in the Lake District. The next year she won W16 in the British Long at Balmoral, and defended that title a year later at Arneclife and Kilnsey North.
