Rachel ran Sprint, Middle and Long in the Junior World Champs 2022, and made her senior debut at World Cup Round 2 in Czechia, running sprint, middle and long, and running the last leg for the counting GB Sprint Relay team. At the 2023 JK in W20E Rachel won the Sprint, Middle and Long races.

As a W14 in 2017 she won her first British title: the British Long Race at High Dam in the Lake District. The next year she won W16 in the British Long at Balmoral, and defended that title a year later at Arneclife and Kilnsey North.
